With so many different media formats around, converting video to a format supported by a specific device has become a very frequent operation. In this context, a media converter always comes in handy. KigoVideoConverter can help perform this task easily.

The program has an intuitive interface, which in many respects is similar to those of other similar software. It supports batch conversion, which means that it can convert multiple files in a single session. Multiple formats, including most popular ones, are supported. The program allows previewing the added clips but, unfortunately, it does not allow any authoring action on them.

Although the list of output profiles includes some very popular formats, you might still feel that some others are absent from it. The application can not only convert between video files but also extract audio from video. Some of the output profiles are identified by the names of the supporting devices, which assures compatibility. In addition, they can be further customized by entering the exact parameters.

In general, KigoVideoConverter can do its job fast and accurately. It uses FFmpeg, so it provides all the benefits derived from using one of the best media conversion engines around. Unfortunately, it lacks many of the options that are already becoming basic in many converters.
